This great book, although somewhat dated, is the best place to start for any psychiatrist or neurologist wishing to add cognitive testing to their clinical examination.

I have written several papers on the topic, developed and published my own mental status examination, and this book was my starting point. If you can find it, get by: Paperback. Condition: Very Good.
